  • The company name provided on the exhibitor application form will be used in the event show guide. Please verify the name and spelling of your company before submitting your registration form.
  • To register for the Innovation Program, complete both the exhibitor application and the Innovation Program application forms.
  • New applicants will be advised of available space via email or phone.

With producers and international buyers from more than 50+ countries in attendance, Canada’s Farm Progress Show gives vendors direct access to a captive agricultural audience.

Attendees value the hands-on experience and face-to-face interactions with companies. While many vendors are showcasing agricultural and livestock equipment, there is also strong demand for vendors with emerging technology, software, innovations and lifestyle products. 

With over 1.9 million sq. ft. of trade show space, the show provides flexible display space for vendors of any size.

Exhibitors have access to a variety of services to help them maximize their opportunities at Canada’s Farm Progress Show.

Innovation Pavilion

The Innovation Showcase provides agricultural companies an exclusive platform for launching new products. Companies that apply are qualified by the Canada’s Farm Progress Show Innovation Committee and evaluated by a panel of judges. As well as receiving a place on the Innovation Stage, awards are given to the best new ideas and products.

International Business Centre & Exporter Member Progam

The International Business Centre connects qualified buyers and trade delegations with Canadian manufacturers and exporters. In 2018, more than $345 million in sales were generated through the International Business Centre. Apply to become an Exporter Member to gain access.

Trade Show Services

Exhibitors have access to GES Canada, our trade show display services partner, for easy access to booth furniture, carpeting and flooring, material handling, booth labour and more. The GES online-ordering tool provides easy access to find what you need for your booth or display.

  • Payments must be made in Canadian funds by cheque or credit card.
  • Early bird rate must be paid in full to qualify. Please note that early bird pricing does not apply to Conxus Home Quarter exhibit space.
  • Regular rate requires a 50% deposit plus GST payment up front with final payment due on March 15, 2019.

Discount Programs

Early Bird Discount

Discounts will apply if full payment is made before December 31, 2018.

Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada

Agricultural Manufacturers of Canada (AMC) members are eligible for discount pricing. Membership must be maintained throughout the length of time contract pricing is in effect. All AMC members are entitled to a pre-determined discount off of regular pricing. AMC Discount will not apply if rate is under the minimum rate or bulk space rate. Discount will be applied once application is approved.

Deadlines

Application Deadline

Provided space is available. We will accept applications until the end of May 2019, but the exhibitor will be excluded in the Official Show Guide.

Show Guide Deadline

May 1, 2019 is the deadline to publish listings in the show guide. Applications received after May 1, 2019 will not be included in the guide.

Cancellation Deadline

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made fewer than 90 days before the show. Cancellations made in writing before 90 days will be refunded, less an administrative fee equal to 50% of the total booth cost.

Proof of Insurance

All exhibitors are required to provide a certificate of insurance indicating a minimum of $1 million of commercial general liability coverage. The certificate of insurance must name "The Regina Exhibition Association Limited" as an additional insured under the policy. The certificate should cover the period beginning with the move-in date and ending after the move-out date. A certified copy of the insurance certificate must be delivered to The Regina Exhibition Association Limited (operator of Evraz Place) no later than 30 days prior to show. Failure to deliver the certificate will forfeit the exhibitor's booth space and no refund will be issued.

Exhibitors can obtain specific exhibitor liability insurance through PAL Canada Insurance Brokers.
